This is a giant conversion guide for weapons and material from previous 6th Edition incarnations like Cthulhu by Gaslight and Dark Ages Cthulhu to 7th edition. If you have no investments in these settings, this book serves no real purpose.

A lot of statistical information, and a lot of game data you can use. Not a lot of background and story ideas though (only 1-3 short descriptive paragraph hooks for adventures). Its a decent supplement.

Covering many of the popular settings this is a good supplement for Call of Cthulhu RPG fans. It is mostly mechanics with some seed ideas.I especially liked the shield rules for Cthulhu Dark Ages.Good coverage for those moving to 7th edition.
